In a draft notice published in the Official Journal on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, the Economic Committee for Health Products (CEPS) announced its intention to renegotiate the framework agreement with the professional organizations concerned by the medical devices and services registered on the list of reimbursable products and services (LPPR), provided for in Article L. 165-1 of the Social Security Code;
The professional organizations concerned have a period of twenty (20) days from the publication of this notice to inform the committee of their intention to take part in the present negotiations;
And a period of sixty (60) days from the publication of this notice to :
- Communicate to the committee the titles, chapters, sections and subsections of the LPPR list that correspond to their activities and products;
- Communicate to the committee the list of companies they represent or, if applicable, the representativeness of each organization according to the URPS (Unions Régionales des Professionnels de Santé) of their sector of activity.
As a reminder, 25 organizations were signatories to the former framework agreement signed on December 16, 2011.
